Women Politics Media Foundation, Inc. is a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit media and public leadership training organization designed to prepare women, minority and emerging young leaders to engage in traditional and new media and ultimately use the media as a vehicle to impact public policy.

"...The MEDIA has become the 'Playing Field' for political and social change in the 21st Century!..." Although women and minority leaders have made great strides in their pursuits for political leadership positions in America and around the world over the past two decades, there is still a disproportionate representation of women and minority voices in the local and mainstream media speaking on a variety of public policy issues. 

The Women Politics Media Foundation, Inc. Leadership Training Institute offers comprehensive media and public leadership trainings targeting women and minority leaders that are designed to fine-tune participant's writing, public speaking and professional networking skills.

The goal of each training is for every participant to be "Media-Ready" through the production of their own "Personalized Media Package." 

Participants use their "Media Packages" to pitch their stories and policy perspectives to the local and mainstream media and ultimately offer a gendered and ethnic lens to a variety of policy issues in the public policy debate.
